Foreigners must meet the conditions for registering a company in China
- Submit the identity certificate and photo of the legal representative.
- Submit a notarized passport.
- The registered capital of a foreign-funded enterprise shall be paid by a foreign investment company registered in the Chinese mainland.
- The registered capital of a foreign-invested company may be transferred by the foreign investor into the foreign exchange account of the foreign-invested company in accordance with the minimum amount stipulated in the new company law of the people's Republic of China and various industrial regulations of the foreign-invested company, and a professional accounting firm shall be employed to verify the capital and issue a capital verification report.
- To establish a foreign-funded enterprise in China, a foreign investor shall apply to the examination and approval authority through the people's government at or above the county level where the foreign-funded enterprise is to be established.
Company registration process
Prepare more than 5 company names to the industry and Commerce Bureau for name verification
Go to the engraving factory to engrave a set of chapters, and open a capital verification account and deposit the investment funds
Apply for a business license at the Industrial and Commercial Bureau
Apply for the company organization code certificate
Apply for the National Tax Certificate at the Certificate Office of the IRS
Go to the License Office of the Local Taxation Bureau to handle the land tax
Open the company’s basic account and the capital verification account
Go to the National and Local Taxation Bureau to handle the company’s filing and tax filing matters
