Basic Conditions for Work Permit and Residence Permit New Application
- The applicant shall be at least 18 years of age, be in good health, have no criminal record, have a certain employer within the territory, and have the necessary professional skills or the appropriate knowledge level for his/her work.
- The applicant shall have bachelor or higher degree and 2 years full time related work experience after graduated, age under 60 years old.

After entry

Application for Residence Permit in China, 7 working days
